For the Nightingale Training & Brokerage Services rebranding and marketing project, our focus was on revitalizing the identity of a healthcare training provider offering courses in diverse areas such as conflict management, first aid, and fire marshalling. Beginning with a comprehensive rebrand, we initiated the transformation by crafting a new logo that embodied the company's values of professionalism and expertise. Drawing on the psychology of color, we incorporated shades of green and blue into the branding, symbolizing growth, trust, and tranquility. These colours were strategically chosen to evoke feelings of positivity and education, resonating with both young adults and older adults seeking personal and professional development. With the website redesign, we aimed to create a user-friendly platform that fosters engagement and showcases the company's offerings effectively. Additionally, our team spearheaded social media management on Instagram and implemented CRM marketing through HubSpot to drive revenue growth and attract new leads. Through this holistic approach, we endeavored to elevate the Nightingale brand and establish it as a trusted leader in healthcare training.
